Sunday Scan time! This cover for Marvel Premiere #46 (1979) features the Dream Team of George Pérez on pencils with inking by the industry’s all time greatest finisher Terry Austin. For me as a fan and a collector it literally doesn’t get any better than this! I remember when I first saw this cover, I must have been around 12 years old. It was the coolest thing I’d ever seen -sword-fights, a beautiful girl, a mean-looking villain and most bad-ass of all: an armored werewolf as the hero! After all these years it’s still a masterpiece.
