I just discovered a scan in my uploaded WordPress media library that I forgot to use back when I did my Defenders Completing the Collection! post. This is a nearly full page scan from at the end of one of the issues during the Six Fingered Hand story arc. I believe this is Don Perlin art (click for larger versions):
